I am a big believer in supporting the things you love, and also supporting local things. The new football credit cards are designed to give money to your favourite football club’s youth academy or something like that. I think it varies but this one in particular is a good idea in my opinion; investing in the youth of today gives them a future for tomorrow, even if it does mean a continuation of loud mouth football fans for the next 100 years!

I’m pretty sure they’ll be many more to follow so it’s worth checking with you favourite football club to see if there is a credit card they are affiliated with, and if so, what exactly your percentage would be going towards. After all, you don’t want to be funding the salary of some of these world class players do you? Your ticket price would cover that. But no-one minds helping out the kids do they? It’s a good cause.
